“After purchasing a pair of earrings for someone, we were told that they were unable to be returned when they did not fit perfectly. This was because the plastic bag they were delivered in had been removed. This was despite a nicer bag and a gift box (which was added for extra) being provided to make the present more presentable.”

“Very easy and smooth in terms of shopping. The purchase page was a bit glithcy, it was not clear whether the payment went through. The page said payment failed, but my bank statement showed it did go through. With a few hours of delay I received the confirmation email from OB.”

“I ordered this blue and brown polka dot bag and after a few days I got an email saying the order had been cancelled as the item was out of stock. When I went on the website the following day and it was in stock so I ordered it again and received it a few days later.”
