“Store was amazing service but website wasn’t great. The trousers are beautiful and well made. I was posted the trouser with the electronic tag on. Nobody replied to my message and I had to go into town just to take the trouser back. The shop staff was very helpful and apologetic. I haven’t yet received an email from the website one reply to my complaint. So that’s rather disappointing. 110% great experience in person and love the trousers.”
