“Only 1 poor experience as a regular shopper. Returning an online order item, I felt the service was poor. No “I’m sorry this item is faulty” or “would you like to reorder/exchange” just “have you got the card your paid with? Put it in the machine now please” That was it. No courtesy at all.”

“I bought online. I love the card holder. It has plenty of space for cards and a bill fold which is handy. The only thing I'm not happy about is the first time I opened it when I looked it out of the box is that the edge cracked. I would however still recommend it over others purely for the space. Plus, the strap over the top prevents any cards accidently falling out”

“My daughter was very pleased with the Jumpsuit. Myself I was a bit disappointed that I paid for next day delivery and didn't receive parcel until day after. As my daughter was only visiting for a few days she didn't receive gift before she left. Anyway she eventually received jumpsuit and was happy.”

“Absolutely loved the boots but they are unusually narrow and I couldn't get my foot in so i had to return them. They are a fabulous and stylish boot so it was devastating to return them! Staff were so great and would go back because of this alone.”
