“The website appearance is inviting and easy to use menus, however the website seems to reset when scrolling through which makes it difficult to view all items. I use the high/low to differ the view so I can cover the list - annoying”

“I couldn’t order the item on my smart phone because the website doesn’t seem to work properly unless you do it on a computer. I did have to get my delivery costs refunded as it was late. I am however very happy with the chair!”

“I bought a pair of earrings which is exactly as expected and I’m very pleased with it. The dress I added to cart as it was in sale and now regret it no end. It’s cheaply made and not worth the money for me - will be returning it as soon as I’m back from travels.”

“It took 2 orders online to get the right size. I ordered a size 8 & received a size 18. So I had to re-order it. I picked the order up from store both times. Usually the staff are warm and friendly in that store. However, when I returned the larger size to pick up the correct size, the lady behind the counter was unfriendly and it felt like I was putting her out, by being there.”

“Shopping was fine. Return terrible. I returned the item and tracked with the courier and saw it has reached Oliver Bonas. But I never got a return confirmation from you, I had to email. I do get the refund, but nothing back from the experience. Disappointing, Oliver Bonas is one of my favourite shops, but felt the experience was lazy”
