“I wanted to purchase the glasses as a Christmas present or my daughter. They were unavailable in the Stamford store. The staff were very helpful in ordering them to be delivered to my home and they arrived within a couple of days. Excellent customer service.”

“Everything brought on line and was well wrapped / protected . Great selection and some lovely colourful items ,arrived by royal mail which I was happy about as other delivery firms items seem to be lost or just left at the front door in plain view for everyone.”

“The mirror was damaged when it arrived. What followed was a very stressful experience mainly caused by Evri. It's disappointing that a high class store uses a cheap option for delivery and in my case collecting.”
