Your advertisement says if you order before 10am on Saturday I would receive it that day.i had to wait till Monday. Please just tell the truth.

I think you are referring to our same-day dispatch message; this means we will dispatch any orders received before 10am on Saturday the same day, then your order will be with you on or around the expected delivery date shown at checkout. Hi there, we have recently changed the OK pod range back to its original retail prices as introductory prices were offered throughout Spring. We are still very competitively priced with most pre-filled pods on the market priced at around £3 per pod, and our new pod refill multibuys offer prices from as little as £6 for 3 pods.

Bought the starter pack to try when Logic stopped producing their original e-tips which I've used for over 10 years. Unfortunately the OK tips have a sweet/sickly smell and taste which I do not like so won't be ordering again.

Quite frankly, save your money. OK e-cigs used to be good but first the last year the quality has got so bad, I've stopped buying them. The e-cig cartridges either don't contain whatever it is that gives the 'kick' and flavour or some only last a few 'puffs' then all you can taste is the wadding inside burning. I won't waste any more money on them. I've had far too many 'empty' ones.

I'm giving up in them. I've been vaping for a long time using OK cigalike e-cigs but fir the last few months I'm getting so many 'blanks' it's just not worth ordering any more. Save your money and shop elsewhere. '10 Motives' are very good with NO BLANK refills.

I have purchased items previously without problem but my last order received has caused problems. I've only had it 2 weeks and when I put it down, it leaks. Also sometimes feels like sparks are in my mouth and the taste sensation is not pleasant. If you could send me an orca solo plus which I have purchased previously, I could return this one.

I have been using OK vape cigalike for nine months and always found them to be great value for money and long lasting . Strangely the last three refill packs have lasted just an hour for each refill ? What is going on with them? Are they only being partially filled now. I have bought new batteries which are stored , cleaned and charged correctly. Suddenly becoming a very expensive option. Not happy!

They used to be £5 then you upped it to £5.20 and now you've increased it to £5.70 in Asda per pack so you've added 50pence on 1 packet stick your k vapes

Hi there, We supply ASDA stores with our products but we do not have any control over the pricing that they set. I believe that ASDA had our products on promotional pricing for some time, however they do appear to have increased the prices over the last couple of weeks. We have not changed our pricing at all and we still offer our online exclusive multipack deals that include prices from just £4.50 per pack, plus free spare batteries and free delivery, so you can still get great value and service by shopping direct with us. Well take a guess!!! I see my review has been removed. Perhaps thats because it was not a 5 star review. But previously despite praising the service I mentioned it was cheaper at ASDA and MORRISONS. Still its your business so I guess you will do what ever suits. But I may be being disingenuous and the review just fell off your system. Have a great day. M

We do not have any control over the prices that our retail customers list our products at, however we do believe that both stores have had our products at a promotional price for some time and that the prices have increased in the last couple of weeks. The menthol tips was not strong enough tasting for me I won't be buying from ok vape again I'll stick to 10 motives there menthol tips are much better tasting

I hate the flavour. Totally disgusting compared to the discontinued Nicocig menthol flavour. Was hard to find something I could use longterm. I should have bought more when I had the chance. This 'take over' is totally gross in my opinion.

We are, however, really sorry to hear that you didn't like our menthol flavour refills. We have two different flavour options for menthol; our Tobacco Menthol and our standard Menthol refills. If it is our Tobacco Menthol flavour you've tried, we would certainly recommend trying our standard menthol as many customer's have found this to be a satisfying alternative to the discontinued Nicocig brand.
