“Ordering easy but refill ofvape should be lower for packs. Of 10 we cannot afford 30 or 50 £5 for 10 sbould be achievable”

Hi Aiden, Many thanks for your review. We have done everything we can to keep the increase to an absolute minimum and have absorbed some of the increases ourselves so as to keep them as low as possible for our customers. The other main cigalike brand is 10 Motives who sell packs of only 4 refills for £8.99. Our packs of 5 refills are over 37% cheaper, not taking into account the extra savings with our multibuys, so we are still very competitively priced and, as above, we have tried to keep these increases to a minimum. There is also our loyalty reward scheme to save further. We would be very sorry to lose you as a customer and hope that you will continue to shop with us and enjoy our products going forward. “First time I've ever had a problem with delivery. Ordered a small starter kit on the Thursday. When it hadn't turned up by the following Tuesday I called yourselves to check that it had been posted. I was told that the postman had been unable to deliver it (which is nonsense) and that it was now in the local Post Office. I didn't believe that but went anyway only to be told that it was in the sorting office (which was where I expected it to be). So I went there to be told that it was out with a postman as re-delivery had been requested. I explained that I had done nothing of the sort. The guy in the window asked someone else to look in the back office for it then said "Oh wait here it is". It was literally on the desk next to him! I got no further explanation but at least I eventually got my package. All that to retrieve something that could have been popped into my letterbox on the first day.”

“love that l can get zero nicotine with the menthol flavour, sometimes l need the comfort of the ecig in my hand, it helps with stress. So many companys don't give the zero option. Thank you OK”

“I have built up a lot of loyalty points. Now they have been replaced with rewards and now after years with you.. I am told I do not have any points. This is not fair to those who have been loyal to ok vape”

“I have been using Ok Vape for years and was disgusted to find that my reward points had suddenly been taken away (over 300!!) and now they have signed up with a 3rd party Kudos they were not accepted. You are silly as after this order will look elsewhere. I spend yearly a fair amount of money which they will lose! You should have left well alone!!”

Hi Jane, I have just checked your account and your balance has been transferred across successfully, you previously had 194 points and these were on your account for you to use. Unfortunately, there was a small technical issue which meant some points were transferred 3 times, which caused the points balance to triple. This was amended to show the correct balance, but can confirm the points you have earned remain. We're very sorry for any confusion this may have caused. “All good, as usual, except I couldn’t add batteries to my order. Kept telling me I couldn’t buy them without any refills due to postage restrictions. I had a 50 pack multi refill in my basket! Disappointed.”
