“The delivery was fast, and I could still use my special offer code even though I left ordering for a few days. The only problem I have is that the "tips" I get from Morrisons, only fit the new batteries I purchased, so I don't quite get that, so I guess I will have to spend more money on batteries from the website, bit pants really”

“Absolutely great service!! I had a postal issue resolved simply via email & a faulty battery quickly replaced with no charge. Cannot fault them at all!!!!”

We recently changed our standard delivery to Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is now fully trackable but orders should still be delivered in around 2-3 workings (although not guaranteed). “Used these for some time now. Excellent value quick delivery, always within 48 hours of ordering. Usually order online but couple of times I’ve contacted by phone always very friendly and professional. Can’t be beaten on value for money. Highly recommend.”

“Love OK vape and have been using them for 9 years now. I am now trying to reduce the nicotine content however the USA tobacco flavour is only available in 18mg. Their service is speedy and website easy to navigate. Never had a problem with them. Highly recommend”

“OK vape ciga like really suits my needs. I found them a great replacement for my cigarette habit and transitioned without any problems. I initially was not keen on the tobacco flavour so tried menthol and they are great.”
