“Have only had 2 problems in the time that i have been using your company 1 broken battery and recently a delivery went missing asked for a replacement and was delivered promptly although i had to collect from the post office to sign for it .And considering I have been using them for 5 years that's a pretty good service”

“Quick and easy to order and receive the only reason I’ve not gave 5 stars is on a few occasions I’ve ordered menthol refills and a few packets have not had anything in the refills. Once I was sent out 10 packets of the wrong kind. Which was corrected immediately. Without any hassle”

“Very happy with classic tobacco flavour high strength but have to get nicotine free tobacco vape liquid elsewhere as OKVape do not do it. A pity as I have been buying here awhile.”

“The actual service is very good and I have been using cigalike refills for a number of years but the quality has gone down in the last few months, a cartridge does not last very long at all anymore, shame as they were extremely good in the past. Sorry”
