“I placed this order online but, I no confirmation you had received it. So I had to phone to make sure it had gone through, being charged for the call. I’ve never had a problem before.”

“I started using OK vape back in January last year in the hope to try and quit cigarettes. I had tried other vapes before and given up within days as I didn’t like the mess of cleaning, coils, spilling oils etc. I liked them from the get go and at the time was able to buy the refil pods from my local supermarket. When supermarkets stopped selling ok vape, I swapped to online with the direct. Ordering is easy and the bundle prices good. The only thing I would recommend is to maybe offer a different postage service. Royal Mail seems to take a week to my home address and I would be willing to pay towards postage if they could be sent via a courier such as Evri so they arrive faster. I love the product though and cannot see myself from swapping to another similar one on the market.”

“The delivery was fast, and I could still use my special offer code even though I left ordering for a few days. The only problem I have is that the "tips" I get from Morrisons, only fit the new batteries I purchased, so I don't quite get that, so I guess I will have to spend more money on batteries from the website, bit pants really”
