“I purchased 2 cigs like batteries and unfortunately one was not working. I emailed the company and received a response very quickly. The customer service was amazing. I was advised they would send me another with a pre paid pack to return the faulty product. The pack arrived 2 days later and I returned the faulty product. Excellent service, I will certainly be using this company again in the future.”

“Very pleased that these are compatible with my 10 Motives which are not as easy to buy as they once were. The 'medium' refill cartridges seem to be the closest to the 10 Motives cartridges, in my opinion. My order came quickly.”

“I have always received a good service with Ok Vape. Just recently I received a faulty battery which was in no way Ok Vape's fault as it was in a sealed packet so it was just one of those things. I was going to just throw it away but I decided to send an email to see what kind of service I would get. I dealt with a lady in customer service called Ashley who was very helpful. At first she suggested some tips to see if it would work but this didn't help. So they replaced it and asked me to send my faulty one back to them. I couldn't ask for fairer than that. Thank you again.”
