I've been ordering pods for over one year and recently the pods do not last as long.
I used to use one a day now it's always two and I'm not using it more because I can't I've always used it all day.
There is just no way one pod is equivalent to 20 cigarettes as advertised.
With or without postal strike they always take minimum of five days to arrive but as pointed out by your last agent pay more and you will get them sooner!
