“I switched vape supplier as I wanted to step down my nicotine level witha view to cessation. OK Vape have a great selection of lower strength e-liquids and unlike some other brands, they don't make me cough. Have stepped down from 9mg to 6mg with no issues. Next stop 3mg then zero! On track to stop completely in the NY.”

“Why are my recent batteries taking hours to charge instead of 20 or 30 mins.colun”

Hi Colin, Due to the manufacturing process, there can sometimes be a very thin, clear piece of film covering the contacts where the refill sits in the battery. We recommend wiping this out with a cotton bud or tissue as this can affect the battery performance. If you still experience issues with this product, please do let me know!
