I have built up a lot of loyalty points. Now they have been replaced with rewards and now after years with you.. I am told I do not have any points. This is not fair to those who have been loyal to ok vape

I believe this issue has now been solved and you have been able to have your discount again 😊 With OK Kudos our intention has been to resolve issues with the old scheme that were fed back to us by our customers, such as lack of flexibility and customers who place larger orders earning points that they wouldn't ever be able to spend, and have made these changes in order to improve the scheme and ease of use for our valued customers. I have been using Ok Vape for years and was disgusted to find that my reward points had suddenly been taken away (over 300!!) and now they have signed up with a 3rd party Kudos they were not accepted. You are silly as after this order will look elsewhere. I spend yearly a fair amount of money which they will lose! You should have left well alone!!

Hi Jane, I have just checked your account and your balance has been transferred across successfully, you previously had 194 points and these were on your account for you to use. Unfortunately, there was a small technical issue which meant some points were transferred 3 times, which caused the points balance to triple. This was amended to show the correct balance, but can confirm the points you have earned remain. We're very sorry for any confusion this may have caused. I've been ordering pods for over one year and recently the pods do not last as long. I used to use one a day now it's always two and I'm not using it more because I can't I've always used it all day. There is just no way one pod is equivalent to 20 cigarettes as advertised. With or without postal strike they always take minimum of five days to arrive but as pointed out by your last agent pay more and you will get them sooner!

Hi there, Thank you for your review. We're really sorry to hear your orders were taking longer to arrive. Our average delivery time was 1-3 days, but these are not guaranteed and they were majorly affected during the strikes. The cigalike equivalent of 25 cigarettes is more of an estimate and varies based on how people use them to vape. Some people also vape differently to how they would smoke which will also vary the amount; as we have discussed through email I believe. We offer a free delivery service to all of our customers, but we do have other low cost options available for a quicker, upgraded delivery service. Best wishes, Amber @ OK Vape

I’ve used this service a lot of times and been very impressed. Unfortunately I ordered some pods before Christmas and they didn’t arrive I received an email saying customer refused to accept this package. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who apologised and said she would send another lot out to me. Again I received an email saying that the person no longer lives at this address. Today I will call and see what happens .I don’t think I’ll be using this service again

Out of a pack of high ok vape... 5 in the packet 2 of the cartridges completely empty, for £6.50 per pack, not impressed

Orders take five days plus to arrive with or without postal strike. Advertised 25 cigarettes equivalent absolutely not even 15. Two pods used daily.

Ordered 24/11 delivered 2 weeks later. Presume order was caught up in 2 Royal Mail strikes, so although not ok vape at fault, it just adds to a negative experience

Very quick delivery. Unfortunately the Menthol Cartridges seriously lack flavour from when I first started to use them, this is regardless wherever they're purchased from, whether it be online or from the Supermarket. The batteries however are much better than the other company who sells them.

Terrable! Is the only word to descibe, delivery states 3-5 days tops, i was waiting 2 weeks and then ended up requesting a refund, witch i still have not got yet!
