“I ordered 4 items way before Christmas and they finally all turned up a month later after having to send the order out 3 times. The correspondence was friendly but obviously the items did not arrive in time for Christmas.”

Sadly over the Christmas period Royal Mail had issued extensive strike action which has effected the speed at which deliveries normally occur. “Love my planner, the maushaus illo is perfect! Only downside is that the package arrived torn open. The planner wasn’t damaged fortunately but I think thicker cardboard book mailers would make sure nothing gets damaged. ✌️”

“Order arrived, but as I ordered greeting cards and paper wrap, I find they were not very much protected in the box. One card and its enveloppe have a corner a bit folded. Maybe pit them in a bigger enveloppe?”

“Great designs, but when I bought wrapping paper, and greetings cards especially, I was a little disappointed at the quality, especially when the prices were quite high generally. Nevertheless the designs were great, and I was still happy with what I received.”

“I love the products, but I was so disappointed with the packaging for shipping. I’d ordered socks as gifts, and the boxes came cracked and broken from being flattened during shipping. The cards, however, arrived nice and flat with no bent corners.”

“My niece still hasn’t received her birthday present! Royal Mail notification tells me it hasn’t been delivered yet and has a pending status. We are now 17 days since order made! I know it’s not your fault but I am sad for my niece! So, no review yet. Becky”

We'd normally estimate 3-5 working days for delivery, however Royal Mail strike action has effected deliveries all over the UK at this time. Royal Mail have informed the public of strike action taking place on 24th,25th 30th November and 1st December, these strike days may delay the arrival of your parcel outside of the normally expected window.
