“I was very surprised when I received a part of a Papergang box as the Secret Santa. For myself, I do not need extra stationery so I have decided to use this as a prize for a Pass The Parcel on Christmas Day here.”

“Being that the concept of the gift is about it's presentation of the socks in its sandwich box, it was disappointing to receive the parcel today squashed and the boxing damaged.”

Hi Harriet, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Your order was dispatched November 24th with the selected Royal Mail second class untracked service. We'd normally estimate 3-5 working days for delivery, however Royal Mail strike action has effected deliveries all over the UK at this time. Royal Mail have informed the public of strike action taking place on 24th,25th 30th November and 1st December, these strike days may delay the arrival of your parcel outside of the normally expected window. “Great journal, great quality, ideal amount and arrangement of space for planning each day- the urgent/ not, important/not task grid on each page is unique and especially useful. Needs bubble wrap packaging for postage or something similarly robust- the paper envelope mine came in had been badly ripped in the post with large holes exposing the book to the elements; it was held together by elastic bands added by royal mail. So. 5 stars for the product, 5 for rapid delivery, 1 star for the wrapping.”

“Delivery took about 2 weeks. I ordered the bargain stocking filler box which was supposed to have a value of £60. The box cost £15 and the value was about £15. So for me this was not a worthwhile purchase as I would have rather chosen my items rather than get some I won’t use. The items I did get were good quality though.”

“Unfortunately, I was expecting more items, or a bigger variety of them. I do not feel that with a mystery box like that I will be able to unleash new arty spirit in me. Or develop the old one. It is a nice supplement but not a box to kick off new hobby or get you excited. Items are of good quality, they were packed well. The box was left on the doorstep in heavy rain but none of the items was damaged. All full size.”

“A totally mixed bag. I ordered two stocking filler boxes and one staitionery mystery box. The mystery box was ace. Fill of things that I know my daughter would love. Cute sticky notes, notepads, an adorable mug, fancy pencils, just really nice stuff. The stocking filler boxes were 95% greetings cards. They're was a notepad and some pencils but aside from that, just a lot of greetings cards. Really not what I'd hoped for at all! The quality of the cards etc is really good, it's just not what I was hoping for to fill the children's stockings.”

“Very good quality cards (as usual) but it was taking a risk with a random pack and I think there’s a lot I won’t be using - as well as quite a few seem very out of date as they are lockdown type humour. It was taking a chance, and I accept that . A bargain when it works, and probably still a bargain for the ones I can use.”

“It's not really Ohh Deer's fault but I haven't received my order. It was despatched on the 19th, it's now the 28th. I understand it's a Second Class service and there was one day of strikes but I thought it would have arrived by now. It's a shame that I don't think it will arrive in time. I contacted Customer Services a couple of days ago but they just suggested waiting longer as there is no tracking available.”

“Bought 2 cards & sadly whilst beautifully made & of good quality, one of them was ruined by the seal on the side as after removal it had left a visible stain. Such a shame. I didn’t have time to return & request a replacement either as was for an occasion.”
