We’re a greetings card, stationery and gift company operating from our HQ in Loughborough. Founded in 2011, we’re proud to say that Ohh Deer has quickly become the established place to go to find quirky, artistic and fun illustrated products.

“I bought this as a gift so was a bit disappointed that it arrived with the address label stuck to the actual package and not in a postal bag/wrapping. I haven't checked the contents as I will be giving it as part of a Christmas present”

The outer boxes for the Artful and Papergang boxes have been designed to protect the content only, therefore if these are ordered as a stand alone product they will be shipped as we did when ran as the subscription, which means no outer packaging is required. “The cards and the designs on them were fantastic but they didn't arrive in good shape. Cards and envelopes were either bent or dinged during shipment overseas.”

“The cards were delivered quickly and as requested. However, I felt the quality of the cards was below the standard of other online retailers, especially when you consider the cost.”

“The cover is too flimsy. It could be that I ordered a soft cover by mistake but if not this is very disappointing as it will not stand up to a year of use without looking tatty. The artwork on the cover is cute though.”

“Order was stuck in Irish customs - unusual for stationery. One card arrived without its envelope. Follow-up to the delay was excellent. No reply to my feedback on the missing envelope. Will use Ohh Deer again. A year's supply of cards would be good though! Harshal Shah, Dublin”

“The card itself is nice, but the pictures inside weren’t aligned properly in the centre of the card, looked a bit sloppy”

“Excellent products but my package arrived broken and was in a plastic bag that I assume Royal Mail had used. It was raining on the delivery day and there were some drops of water on the plastic wrap of a couple of the notebooks I had ordered. It was fine as everything was usable and as I said, the products were excellent, but the packaging failed unfortunately.”

“I usually love everything about ohh dear, but this time I was disappointed. The item had no outside packaging, so it is dirty and battered with the address label permanently attached. It was a gift for my daughter who saw exactly what it was .”

“I wish you would have said it would not be in additional packaging, firstly it got wet as it was left outside my door, and secondly the labels were attached to the actual packaging so unable to give as gift to the person who wanted it.”

“The products are great, the packaging could be a lot better. They arrived in a paper bag that had ripped, if it had been raining the books could have been ruined. The corners of the books were scuffed, not great as they are presents”
