The planner and cards are lovely and exactly what I hoped for. The pens aren't great (already failing). The package took too long to arrive (and not because of customs, it actually cleared customs fairly quickly), which was particularly worse because I paid for premium shipping. It was not premium.

Love the items but they arrived quite damaged around the edges which meant I had to cut some of each off to bake them look better

Good product, however packaging arrived extremely damaged and the journal was practically falling out. Feedback for you that the packaging isn't sturdy enough for delivery, feedback for royal mail as it had clearer been thrown around a bit. Luckily the journal itself had no damage as was a gift.

The delivery has arrived, but the corner of the print has become wedged under the lip of the artful box and it stuck onto the glue tape there. I don't know that I'll be able to separate them without damage.

I am thrilled with Cath Kidston diaries, I have been buying them for years. It is the first time though I have bought from Ohh Dear. Although the diary is in good condition it is more by luck than management, as the packaging was poor and inadequate. The flimsy envelope was badly ripped & damaged, but thankfully the contents had kept dry and were not damaged. It needed to be more substantially packaged as the paper envelope was not fit for purpose.

The box looks nice but it has been sealed. I tried to open it but it’s been stuck tight. So when I give it to my granddaughter she will have to rip it open and won’t be able to keep the stationary in the box. Disappointing really.

We can advise the cardboard box the order comes in is only to keep the goods safe during transit, it's currently designed with a tear strip to ensure it's safety in transit. Ordering and delivery was simple and excellent. I was disappointed that the size of the cards is much smaller that a standard of occasion card. I ordered the mystery/ surprise 20 cards and was disappointed. There were two cards celebrating being single with dubious humour - I couldn’t send to someone in that situation and - 60th birthday card. Rather niche…. I do not think I would order from the company again.

We can see you've picked out A6 cards in your order and can advise the card size is always listed in the description of the product, so you can know the size before purchase. You can always contact our team directly too if you need any help before placing an order. Our mystery bundles are made up of all types of cards, different designers and occasions included from all of our ranges. As a mystery bundle it will be a surprise as to what you'll receive, but we do also sell cards individually if you'd prefer to pick and choose the styles you receive :) If you ever need help with anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out! Love the products but so far every order has been missing an item and the monthly Papergang boxes are really slow to come out, I would have expected them to be shipped at the start of the month not halfway through.

Beautiful card, love the illustration. Delivery was so slow though and it arrived after the occasion. Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, chose express delivery said 2-3 days, arrived Friday after I emailed to chase it up and had been dispatched that day. So wasn’t really “express”.

Our processing times for all orders on Express and standard is 1-5 working days in which once your parcel is dispatched you'll be notified via email. In this case your parcel was dispatched within 2 working days from purchase and arrived on the 3rd working day for delivery as advised in our shipping info online. Fantastic products but the items took over 3 weeks to arrive and I had to phone customer support and I had problems getting through to them which was frustrating. The items should have been dispatched sooner. Once the items were sent out for delivery it arrived on time.

The card itself was great. Also quick delivery. However, no envelope was sent with the card to gift it to my husband… only the posted envelope addressed to me. Having purchased from other online card retailers before, I’ve always been sent an extra envelope. Also, no response from custom services when I queried this, so that was disappointing.

We currently offer either to add an extra envelope to the order or have it without this extra envelope. The choice can be made by the customer when using the drop down provided on the product page, on this occasion we can see your drop down selection was no extra envelope for this order.
