“The poster I ordered was creased in the middle probably due to the delivery. The design itself looks nice.”

“I tend to like Ohh Deer for things, and make periodic large orders, but what annoys me is if they’re out of stock of something, there’s no option to double up on something else before they ship it, it just gets refunded. For instance, when placing an order I don’t want to pay for shipping twice as it’s expensive, so I ordered six gift bags - thinking I was covered. Then three were out of stock, so they just shipped the three I ordered, with my other items. Now, I’m three down (I have mobility issues, it’s hard to go shopping all the time so getting things delivered is the best way for me to organise Christmas, birthdays etc.) What I would have rathered is someone to say to me - ‘sorry we didn’t realise we’re out of stock of this, but do you want us to just double up your other similar item or replace with something else instead?’ Because now it means I’ll have to do another order and pay shipping. And the fault is with the inventory side, so it’s frustrating, and they only tell you once the order is shipped, a way after placing it. The items are great, but the prices seem to change a fair amount, and the general inventory part is frustrating.”

“Ordered 3 items. 2 upgrade boxes and 1 other article. Didn't receive the other article, but something else, worth a fraction of the ordered article. Ordered article wasn't in stock anymore, so got my money back, but not the extra costs(taxes etc). I was very disappointed to miss out on the ordered item. I will order the upgrade boxes again, but I don't think any other articles. Was very disappointed.”

“The product is great! But the delivery system is horrible. The mailing cost three times the cost of a card, and didn’t arrive in a timely fashion. Probably will not order a card again.”

“I would of loved to write a brilliant review however the 3 boxes I bought to try either didn’t come with everything I was supposed to get or what I did receive was the same sort of products as the others I bought. I must have all notepads and no cards or no pen. I was so excited too, as I had seen unboxing videos on you tube which prompted me to try them out. I’m a huge stationery lover, so I’m sorry oh deer but I was very disappointed.”

“I ordered a bundle of unknown cards on an offer, and at the time did see a warning that if ordering “multiple” bundles, there may be duplicates, which of course makes sense - however in the single bundle received I had at least 3 duplicates which wasn’t great!”

“Cards were good value, but it was a shame that there were several duplicates (which I am sure is part of the mystery!) and many 70th and 80th - which hopefully will come in handy one day! Was OK, but not sure I'd order again.”

“Cards are great I really like them. However the packaging was torn to shreds but luckily the post office repackaged them for me and none were missing. Perhaps stronger packaging in future might be wise.”
