The cards themselves are brilliant quality and design, but I ordered a bundle of 40 which were essentially pot luck. Mine contained 7 dad cards, which I have no use for, so a bit of a waste of time for me.

Very disappointing collection of “mystery card selection” in that 22 of the cards were by the same illustrator and 6 of them were Christmas cards. I have returned for a full refund but disappointing.

One of the items was a mystery greetings card pack. Most of the cards were very specific - grandad re, nephew or specific ages. Really not much use to me so will donate to a charity shop. Bit disappointed. The other items were brilliant!

You didn’t send my whole order. I had to message and ask for the rest of it. This was the second half of it. I ordered 2 lots of 2 mystery boxes. Maths says that would be 4 boxes. I only got 2. Also from that last order- one of the plant pots wasn’t painted properly and had a big finger print in the paint. Oh and to prove it wasn’t all there I had to take a photo of something that didn’t arrive. How do I photograph something that’s still in your warehouse.

Very pleased with the selection of cards I received but sadly the way they were packaged wasn’t great and arrived damaged lucky none of the cards were damaged.

I ordered a pack of 50 random greetings cards and was SO impressed with them, I ordered another 25 (the 50 for £15 offer had ended) and I also got 2 sets of pin badge cards too. The cards are still nice, but this pack was mostly specifically aged cards, and others like nephew, son etc (which I can't use) and there were a lot of repeats in the two packs of pin badges, which was a real shame. I'm sure that it said if you ordered more than one pack at the same time, you would try to make sure that this didn't happen. I'm a bit gutted to be honest. Great postage and packing though, thank you x

Good value for the bundle - upon arrival I can state that I will never have to buy a father's day card again in my life and one card and envelope was completely water damaged - strangely from the middle of the pack, I have no idea why anyone packing them hadn't noticed. But good, I guess to have a random selection on card on hand

I’ve got to be honest I was a bit disappointed in my card selection… I knew it would be 50 random Cards but lots were the same and about 10 were Father’s Day cards!! I reckon I’ll only use about half of them unfortunately

I know it was a lucky dip with the card collection but I was disappointed to receive so many doubles and sometime trebles!

I’m so happy with my order and it arrived so quickly :) Prints are beautiful and there was an additional card! What a shame though that it had to come in such a huge box! Only ordered a couple of posters and poscards but a received a huge box full of wrapping paper, probably 5-10 times bigger tant my order 😭😭 Didn’t fit my mailbox and it’s such a waste 🙄

Products were good and I was overall happy with the tote bag and contents, but one item was damaged. Sent an email to customer services but no response received which is disappointing.

Generally I really rate oh deer products but on my recent order I was disappointed to receive damaged pots, and my sock bundle had duplicates of the same sock which was rather disappointing too. I'll probably just stick to the stationary in future. The other products don't seem up to par.

I ordered a poster and some sticky notes. The order was confirmed and said to be dispatched but then I suddenly got an email saying that the poster wasn't available anymore... They gave me my money back, but the poster was the main reason I ordered something, so it sucked.
