“Found the website by chance and I was very impressed both by the layout and ease of selection of titles, eg. Gallery, facilities etc. The prices seem good for the offering, don’t know yet as we are due to stay in September.”

“Found it very easy to book, at a very good price, but when I wanted to add a date to an existing booking, you could not combine the offers, which meant we would have to stay in two different rooms on a 3 night break.”

Thank you for your feedback. As the same room type was not available for the third night of your stay it was necessary for you to move rooms and therefore make a separate reservation. Had the same room type been available the number of nights would have been increased on your existing booking and a revised confirmation sent to you. We do hope you have an enjoyable stay. “I had difficulty using my voucher to book a hotel on the website. I rang your company and they explained it was still locked in the system. Anyway I then booked a Danesford House break for 2021 with a very good operator for 2021. So got there in the end.”

“Based purely on my latest web experience, I have only 1 criticism. During the booking process I was offered a choice between double and twin. I selected twin, but the final confirmation showed double, so I went back and changed the selection back to twin and then continued, but it still insisted on confirming a double booking. Luckily human intervention managed to amend this after the event.”
