“Website is good but disappointed i did not get my first choice of hotel when rooms were available and credit card details taken. Spent 2hrs looking for location, things to do and hotel it self.”

“Very quick to take booking but was disappointed it took 3 days for the confirmation to come through, this is a very special anniversary for us 25 years together and was getting worried we would have to try and find another hotel. Thankyou for your prompt response once the booking had been confirmed.”

It is however disappointing to learn that you failed to receive your booking confirmation which was sent immediately after the reservation was made. “Cancellation due to covid - so we decided to hold booking. We were kept up-to-date and now hopefully can look forward to a weekend break at the end of September. Fingers crossed all will go ahead. Felt you handled our situation very well - thanks. Good luck and be safe”
