“I was very pleased to be able to speak to someone about booking a Cotswold break in the evening. I spoke with Victoria who was very helpful indeed and was able to find a property for me that was just what I wanted. Although the web sight is good, without Victoria's help and experience I would not have booked. My stay is in March and I am very much looking forward to it.”

“First experience which was very pleasant in so far as the Agent made me feel very important in helping me make the right choice. She gave me very clear definitions of terms of reference. Hopefully my choice will turn out to be just as good!”

“I was originally looking to book a nights stay at the Fairmont in St Andrews, but, even with their discounts, off peak was still working out expensive at £345 for a two course dinner. I heard from a friend to go to your website and saved a fortune for a better deal. Thank you!”

“The website was quite easy to navigate and had the necessary information. Good galleries for the hotels and easy to find the associated map. I have give 4 stars and I would like to be able to look at a regional map showing where the OPL establishments are. This would make selection of the area to visit and hotel so much easier”

“Very good site and experience until the bill came with the 18 pound fee. Tut tut where do you say on your site there will be a fee? Take note I shan't use you again. It's a machine doing the work so the most the fee should be 2 pounds”

Thank you for your review. Unlike many other companies we include our fees in the headline price making the full cost of the hotel stay clear at the outset so there are no hidden charges. There is also an arrow which when clicked on explains the charge in more detail should this be required. We do charge a small service fee to go towards the cost of providing excellent customer service which we know is so important to our customers. Our reservation agents are available 7 days a week to provide assistance both before and after a booking has been made. We are confident that our packages, including the booking fee, offer the best value and service which is why the price match guarantee is in place.
