“Rang late in day and said would ring me back next day So understood it would be next day before i received confirmation This did not occur so i had to ring up again. The woman was different to one i had spoken to previous day She was very helpful and rang me back with confirmation and that I would get email confirmation of my booking it is she who pulled you back fro poor to good review”

“Efficient. Young woman who took my call was very polite and helpful. She contacted the hotel regarding the questions I raised and called me back with the answers very quickly.”

“Before booking my stay I had a couple of enquiries which were answered promptly by email and answered the questions I had raised. Which surprised me mainly because the emails were sent over a bank holiday weekend. I booked my stay without any further delay.”

“Amazing hotel and the upgrade received from offpeakluxury was fantastic. Having young children the break was needed and this hotel is outstanding if you require a break from the rigours of a manic life. Couldn't find a better deal on any other site (and I looked). Thanks OPL Ben S”
