“The staff where awesome trying hard to find me somewhere last min ... but I was Wanting to take my girlfriend away to a Spa ... there was only massage here as spa not ready till July . Which left us nothing to do expect dinner .. as massage couldn't be done till next day . Maybe bit more time to prepare and study where to go next time .”

Thank you for your feedback and I am pleased to hear you were impressed by the service provided by our reservations team. Having viewed your booking I can see it was made the day prior to arrival and it was for a Saturday night. Hotel availability is limited at such short notice, particularly at spa hotels and it is usually necessary to book treatments well in advance. We did however manage to find you one with a sauna, hot tub and relaxation area which we hope you were able to make use of. Please do get in touch should you require our assistance in the future.

“First time user , website easy to use and the response/ confirmation was very quick. Just called hotel to make dinner reservation and the hotel had all my details and where extremely polite and helpful. Great deal hotel bottle of champagne on arrival, 3 course evening meal and breakfast included what more could you ask for :)”

With this particular booking, due to it being one of our smaller hotels, it was necessary to check availability before we were able to confirm the reservation. This was carried out and we were informed by the hotel that they only had one room remaining, which was of a different room type to that included in our package. The hotel kindly held the room whilst they looked into a possible discount. We informed you that the room had been held and then confirmed the booking for you to ensure it was in place whilst waiting to hear back from the hotel. Unfortunately they were not able to offer a discount which you understood may be the case. We do hope you enjoyed your stay.
