“You offer a wide range of packages to meet customers needs. Your staff are always helpful and pleasant to deal with. My only suggestion for improvement is that you should offer loyal customers an incentive club????”

“The website, in this case for Dallhousie Castle, was very easy to navigate, with the real time saver of showing availability at the early stage of selecting possible booking dates from the calendar ahead of getting embroiled in the booking pages. This meant that you proceeded confident that the dates you wanted were available.”

“This website has some fantastic offers and I find ringing and talking to the staff is the best way. The girls are able to give a more personal touch and as I have used it a lot they know what type of hotel we like so can advise accordingly.”
