“Good but failed to send a confirmation email of my booking”

I have looked into your reservation and can see that confirmation was emailed to the address you provided shortly after the booking was made. This was to a hotmail account which can occasionally result in the email being sent to a spam folder. We are open 7 days a week until 10 pm and the reservations team is always happy to re-send your confirmation should it not be received.. I do hope you enjoyed your stay.

“I'm taking a relative to stay at Audleys Wood for her 90th birthday and I had to phone to check availability of a ground floor room. A very pleasant and helpful staff member assisted me and finalised the booking, including making a reservation for afternoon tea and dinner!”

“Being able to talk to somebody on the phone. On Google your advert was the only one (of many other booking firms) to show a phone number. Lucy was marvellous, understanding our situation and booking late, and went the extra mile by ringing the hotel and getting us a good deal.”
