“Overall website and efficiency of booking was carried out efficiently. However discovered that 'inclusive evening meal' as part of the stay, was in fact a voucher which did not even cover the cheapest main course on the menu! Hence feel a little misled as to the actual value of the package as ended up paying a lot more in settling the bill at check-out and feel that I probably could have got better dealing directly with the hotel.”

We are really disappointed to hear that you felt the dining part of your package represented poor value for money. We have contacted the hotel and established that they have 2 options available, the seasonal dinner menu and the more expensive a la carte which is the one you chose to dine from. Following your feedback we have now increased the allowance within the package which will include a 3 course meal from their seasonal menu. We would like to thank you for taking the time to forward your comments as this has resulted in an improvement being made to the product we offer.

“Having found a hotel we wished to visit, I wanted part of one deal and part of another, so I telephoned OPL but the lines were busy and put the phone down thinking I would try later. Within 5 minutes the phone rang and it was OPL returning my call. I explained to Victoria what I wanted and she advised me it should not be a problem but would need to contact the hotel to confirm it would be OK. She advised me it may not be the same day as it was Sunday and not all hotels reservations would be open but would ring me Monday if this was the case. She did ring me back the same day with good news so I was able to make the booking with her straight away. Thank you Victoria for a very good efficient and friendly service.”

“My experience was very good when booking through your company. The adviser I spoke to dealt with my booking professionally, and added her comments because she had visited the hotel I booked. The hotel was booked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use this company to book again.”

“Fantastic service over the phone , you can also do online. It's just nice to speak with someone and friendly at that. I've used this Company twice and have not been disappointed. They offer some wonderful properties at great prices with dinner included. I woukd definitely recommend.”

“Easy to use web site, booking and payment straight forward and the offers are excellent and very tempting, booked two different breaks as we couldn't decide which to choose. Maybe the card charge could be removed when using a debit card as obviously the card charges are much less compared to credit cards charges.”
