Found it very easy to book, at a very good price, but when I wanted to add a date to an existing booking, you could not combine the offers, which meant we would have to stay in two different rooms on a 3 night break.

Thank you for your feedback. As the same room type was not available for the third night of your stay it was necessary for you to move rooms and therefore make a separate reservation. Had the same room type been available the number of nights would have been increased on your existing booking and a revised confirmation sent to you. We do hope you have an enjoyable stay. Problem with the initial reservation was well dealt with by Helena.Although the alternatives offered included a hotel 200 yards from our house.!!Have used the service many times now and the hotels have met our expectations

Our daughter introduced my husband and I to this organisation by booking a two night stay at The Coach House, Middleton Lodge for my husband’s 80th birthday. A very dear, treasured friend died and her funeral is to be on one of our two days stay. Offpeakluxury came to our aid by rearranging our visit to another date. I was upset when telling a member of your staff what had happened and she treated me with respect and empathy. Thank you.

I haven’t used Offpeakluxury before and the offer I found looked too good to be true, same accommodation but significantly cheaper / free Prosecco / spa voucher / late checkout than the hotels own “offers”. You know the saying “if it looks too good......” so I rang the hotel to check. Receptionist confirmed they had a deal with Offpeakluxury, the deal was real and they had already had quite a number of bookings but the hotel could not match it. She also very honestly said she would not discourage me from the booking so I have booked the Offpeakluxury deal and am looking forward to the holiday......I will review afterwards.

Made a booking over the phone due to dog being included in the booking. Found Sofia to be very efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with. A refreshing change having recently dealt with another holiday company which has proved to be the complete opposite experience 😏. Suffice to say we will definitely try your company again. Fingers crossed that the hotel experience is equally good!

Having booked with you previously, we were incredibly disappointed with the hotel we chose as it was in no way a reflection of description of the hotel, nor the pictures on the website. When we reported this back to customer services, they were very friendly, however assumed that we had read their email (after we left the hotel - 30 minutes after arrival) saying we weren't due a refund if we left. The follow up email from one of the managers was dismissive at best, as if we were to blame for the situation, when the hotel sadly wasn't either contemporary nor idyllic.

Firstly we're sorry to hear that the hotel you booked was not as expected. Despite the office being closed, our reservations team did all they possibly could that evening to try and resolve the matter. It was your decision to leave and you were advised by both email and phone that a refund could not be offered as this had not been authorised by the hotel. It was agreed for your stay to be reduced to 1 night and rather than losing the remaining amount we offered a credit note, valid for 12 months, to be used towards any hotel package on our website. We aim to offer a variety of accommodation to suit different tastes and budgets, and provide you with sufficient information so an informed choice can be made. Photographs are provided by the hotel and are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer. They may not represent the actual room allocated to you. Spoke to Julie on the phone very helpful and made the whole experience simple and she even contacted the hotel and arranged for two adjoining rooms Hope the hotel is as good as her service!

Thank you for your feedback. As explained when you contacted our reservations team your confirmation was sent to you on 14th August at 17:32hrs. Some internet providers can mistakenly mark emails as spam which is why on the last page of our booking process we ask you to check your junk mail folder. We are pleased to say that a couple of hours after you contacted us it was re-sent and we understand it has been safely received. I have had to change a booking twice now due to recent events. Jemma, Sophia and Toni were great in helping me with my booking and also to the Boulevard Hotel in Blackpool for letting me reschedule twice.
