“I had not used your website before, and so was a bit concerned when I discovered your deal was so much cheaper than the hotel website. I then rang your help line , and spoke to an extremely helpful lady. She did an excellent job of reassuring me , which resulted in my purchasing your offer , many thanks, will definitely use your service again , Mark N”

“Very friendly, professional person answered the phone Gemma. She was very efficient, took my details and contacted the hotel and phoned me back very quickly to confirm my booking. She went through all the booking details and ensured that I understood all aspects of the booking (including the t & c s). Will definitely use again.”
