“I had found a Lake District hotel that looked perfect for a wedding anniversary stay. Having a few questions, I rang the number on the offpeak website. The person at the other end of the line could not have been friendlier or more helpful. This is not always the case with such websites and it made me feel very positive about the choice of hotel and location.”

“Our annual Spa trip was postponed from Oct to March 21 - Off peak luxury recently contacted me to say that it has again been postponed and the original booked no longer available due to the change in the hotel evening meal deal. They came back will an agreeable alternative and re arrangement of date very quickly. 10/10 for response and how it has been dealt with.”

“First time that I’ve used this site and found the deals exceptional. Much better than I could£ have got if I’d booked direct with the hotel. However, I’ve not stayed at the hotel yet and so I will have to wait and see if there are any issues.”

“Had an email confirming our booking in June at St Michaels Resort Falmouth was likely to be affected by the G7 conference Really.....its being held in St Ives !!!!! Anyway we decided to change our booking to Newquay as suggested by Offpeakluxury. Phoned & spoke to Toni who stated the information was provided directly from hotel. We have decided to change anyway & Toni was very efficient & helpful. She provisionally took the booking & once completed said she would confirm with an email very shortly. True to her word & efficiency we got the confirmation within the hour. So well done Toni but as for St Michaels l feel the jury is still out there”

“Having been cancelled for the second time due to the Covid crisis, Off Peak Luxury made it very easy to rebook our seaside break with the hotel, maintaining the same price for the same room in May that we had originally booked in November, and then in February. They answered the phone quickly and were courteous and helpful. Thank you”
