“We went to the Bell Hotel using off peak luxury a few years ago for our anniversary, and had a wonderful time. The price point was just right for a really lovely treat for us - including the three course meal, welcome prosecco and breakfast and our room even got upgraded! We loved it so much, we thought we would try a different hotel with off peak luxury again this year. Unfortunately, it has been cancelled due to the new national lockdown, but I have to say the customer service has been wonderful considering it's so disappointing for us, and also must be very difficult for them. We were talked through our options over the weekend when we found out, and they even tried to see if they could squeeze us in for a last minute booking a week early calling round different hotels! So all in all, I would highly recommend off peak luxury as they have delivered for us both when things have worked out and when things haven't.”

“Easy to book but unfortunately we missed the terms and conditions wherein there is a charge of £35 per room cancellation charge even if we cancel more than 48 hours prior to date of booking.”
