“I rang the phone line and Lucy answered I wanted a walk in shower for my husband and she insisted (quite rightly) that she should phone the hotel first before I booked to make sure there was a room available. We have booked a there was one available on an upgrade. GREAT !”

“Hotel categories were particularly useful. If would be even better if there was a search facility to search for specific dates which returned only available properties.”

“I've booked hotel breaks with Offpeak luxury a number of times and have never had any problems with them or the properties I've booked. They offer a good selection of quality breaks and I've saved somewhere between 10 and 25% on the cost of booking directly.”

“Helen / Helena, were both very helpful. Through lack of detail on my part, they were forced to phone the hotel three times. This they did most willingly. Always phoning me back as promised. I was amazed at the hours you operate. So far more than happy. James Carr”
