“I have now used 4 times and had a great experience each time. The website is easy to follow and book. My last booking was via e mail and phone as I wanted specific help, Rachel was amazing, she got the information in a short time and completed the booking via a phone call.”

“Got an amazing deal, 50% cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. The New Road Hotel, Whitechapel was a modern New York Loft style hotel. Our room was amazing & had a very private outdoor wrap around terrace area off the bedroom. All the staff were very friendly & polite. The 3 course set menu included in the deal was delicious (except for the poached summer fruits which was disappointing). We even had a free game of pool after dinner in the games room. A hidden gem of a place!! Thank you Off Peak Luxury!!”

“Overpriced hotels and still using the price per person per night approach from the bad old days. Can’t seem to book a room without choosing an ‘offer’ which increases the price - why can’t you just book a room as it is?”

Dear Kathleen I can see that both your bookings are confirmed. When booking confirmations go missing, in most cases they are in the users Spam or Junk mail folders.
