“Phone enquiry and order placement were excellent. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and cleared up all my concerns. Only concern when order confirmation came through - it asked if we wanted free champagne or afternoon tea- We had already advised you that we required Champagne. Also booked table for 7 pm in restaurant- this was not confirmed on confirmation e mail.I, m being picky, but hope this feed back helps you.”

“I have used other sites for getting good hotels at a reduced price but have only just discovered this site and was really pleased with the range of hotels and especially with the luxury extras that this site provides..I only use these sites when I am planning a special break away and the luxury extras that are unique to this site make all the difference. I am looking forward to having a bottle of champagne waiting for me in my room when I go for my break in a few weeks! The site was easy to use and the booking process was hassle free and I really appreciated that I could book my date before booking the break (sounds obvious, but not possible on some of the other sites). Great choice, great luxury extras and easy booking. Will come to this site first next time!”

“I got a call on Sunday, which I wasn't expecting, but the lady was very helpful, as I had asked for a fridge. They advised this was not possible, but we could use the main hotel one. Answered all my other questions too :)”
