“When I contacted Offpeakluxury by phone the ladies i spoke to were very helpful and answered my questions very quickly. When I booked the hotel it was late in the evening but the lady was very polite and cheerful”

“I had an issue with the hotel I booked and needed to change. The customer service team were excellent at assisting me and offering me suitable alternatives all tailored to my needs. Nothing was too much they dealt with everything. Couldn’t recommend enough”
