“I emailed OPL with a query and received a prompt response. I telephoned OPL to make my booking and was dealt with extremely efficiently and pleasantly by Victoria. I have been very impressed with OPL. I look forward to receiving an opportunity to rate the hotel and my stay in due course.”

“We had a wonderful 3 night stay in a beautiful spa hotel at a very reasonable rate. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were excellent. There were lots of extras included in the package. My only criticism is the hotel was not fully aware of all the extras we had been offered and we had to ask and show our confirmation email to confirm what he had paid for.”

“Celebrating my 70th I have always wanted to stay at the Swan Lavenham in Suffolk. I was able to get an offer which made it affordable. The site was user friendly and I will certainly be using them again.”

“Site easy to navigate and use. Confirmation by return. £24 admin fee seems rather steep these days given that I am sure that the hotel also provide commission too. However still VFM. Any problems with websites have been quickly rectified with a timely TQ response.”
