“Food very good , restaurant services slow , staff either very young or in late retirement Poor communication skills bar staff either could not hear or could not understand what they we were ordering. The Spa was clean and comfortable but very disorganised. Spa understaffed and more focussed. on providing treatments for non residents than residents. The hotel and accommodation lovely staff great and the room warm and comfortable.”

“Rockliffe Hall is an amazing place, the facilities staff and atmosphere are all exceptional. We stayed there for our Wedding Anniversary and will definitely be staying there again no question.”

“My wife & I stayed at The Manor House Hotel , Moreton in Marsh, from Wed 24 to Fri 26 February. We went there on the recommendation of our friends & near neighbours, Mr & Mrs Ray Sands, and it was commended to us by Mr John Taylor, another friend & neighbour - John had been our MP and MEP and, when in Government, was the Vice Chamberlain of HM the Queen's Household. I had had a major right knee replacement operation on my knee a few weeks before and so needed a quite, peaceful and suitably adapted place fro some "R7R2. The Manor House Hotel was excellent - we were given a most suitable disabled person's room on the ground floor, with two twin beds and a good sixed & well equipped wet room. We went on a Special February Deal involving two nights stay, two evening meals and two breakfasts. It was one of the BEST hotels at which we have ever stayed - I do know what I am talking about as I was an international lawyer and travelled extensively in my working career The staff were charming, attentive and friendly. Everything was of high quality meals were delicious and imaginative. I would commend it as a an excellent hotel, and one which played a substantial part in my recovery. We have already recommended it to other friends for his major birthday . Well done & thank all the staff at The Manor House Hotl”

“I found your website when I wanted to make a booking at a hotel in Devon and found the two personnel I dealt with most helpful and efficient. I have no reason to think that the holiday we have booked (a very good "special" package) will be any less than superb. My booking experience was good.”

“Whilst the web site is simple to understand and use. It states that you can pay by American Express . When you get to the check out section you are not able to pay using this method. I contacted the customer services number and left my details and problem. I had a call within 20 minutes and was able to pay over the phone. Whilst the personal service was excellent, it should be possible to pay on line if the card type is shown.”

“Fantastic property. The Wood Norton. with the added benefit of a double upgrade which made me feel like a Tudor Princess with all the wood panelling. the staff were excellent and friendly and the five course meal was five star. Offpeakluxury always deliver.”
