Dear Mr Sandars, As you were aware, there was an issue with the address provided for the payment card used which we needed to speak with you about; further to that issue we secured you a single occupancy discount which has saved you £130 from your reservation. No details were lost between us and the hotel, we were merely working with them in order to secure you the best deal possible for your stay. “I started with chatting with your adviser online and my questions were answered quickly and clearly. The lady I was talking with called the hotel to see if we could have twin beds and then called me back very quickly. The service was very friendly and efficient and our booking was made and confirmed very speedily”
