My son loves his hover board, however the charger broke after using it twice, and was told by customer service that he had broke it and there was no way it was a faulty charger.
After a few back and forth emails they refused to replace the charger and basically said I was lying about the fault even tho I semt in pictures for proof that the joint had failed.
I have managed to get a charger for it for less than half the price off amazon, and will not be buying from them again,
The product I recommend, the Company I do not!!!
