“Really not a great experience First delivery of furniture was badly damaged Second delivery came with no bolts or instructions Frustrations trying to sort out pick ups of faulty items Good customer service but a very poor service all around”

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. I have looked into the order, and can see that we replaced the damaged items as soon as we were made aware of what parts were damaged. I can also see that we have kept you up to date as soon as we'd had updates from the courier regarding collection. I can also see that we have offered you a partial refund (that you accepted) to apologise for the additional delay on collection of the faulty items. I cannot see at any point in the email communications that you have made us aware of any additional issues, so it's disappointing to receive a 1 star review. Please let us know if there is anything else that we're not yet aware of.

“Product arrived with a minor “bruise” on a corner. Only problem was with delivery: courier claimed to have delivered in the 5th, actual delivery was on 10th.”

“Service could be improved by letting the customers know what date delivery would be and the packaging was left for me bring in to the house and to get rid of a wooden pallet, boxes and plastics, I had to find a kind neighbour to take it to a tip for me”

Thank you for your review. Regarding the pallet, the courier should have removed this at the time of delivery. However as this does not always happen, we provide a telephone number on our delivery notes for you to call (freephone) to advise that the pallet had been left, we can then arrange collection. I have checked your order and cannot see that we were made aware of anything to collect. Apologies you had to dispose of yourself, but this is a service that we offer.

“Ordered the chair on line having looked at a number of other sites, an email confirming the order and deliver in 1 - 3 days, 2 days later the chair arrived. This would have been 5 stars if I had been provided dispatch and tracking details.”

“My desk came in two deliveries two days apart, this was no problem for me but not next day as advertised. However the desk is very good quality and I am very pleased with it, assembly was very easy it took about 15minuits. I would recommend to anyone many thanks”
