Thank you for your review and I am sorry for any inconvenience cause by this. I have escalated this with the courier as the driver should be taking the pallet away with them. However, on some occasions they do not, and that is why we provide contact details on the delivery note for you to call to ask us to collect the pallet. I have checked and cannot see that you have contacted us to arrange collection of this. I have now asked the courier to go back and collect ASAP. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this.

“You shouldn't sell something not available in your store. If the mistake is originated from your internal suppliers, in this case refunding the money of customer not enough , you should at least give some vouchers as an apology for wasting their time”

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. Upon looking into your order I can see that due to a stock discrepancy we did not have stock of the item you ordered. This has now been resolved and the stock level on that product is now correctly displayed on the website. Apologies again for inconvenience caused by this.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this. Upon looking into your order, I can see that the delivery address is in Northern Ireland. We are currently experiencing huge delays with deliveries into Northern Ireland, so have taken the decision to temporarily suspend our service. You should have received an email notifying you of this, however I can see that from your review you may have not received this. We have processed your order for a full refund and this should arrive imminently. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused by this.

“I ordered and was surprised to have it turn up the next day. There was some damage to a panel but they dealt with this efficiently. The table is as it looked in the pic and functional. Would probably use them again.”

“The website was easy to use, and the selection of products was great. I received and email confirmation to advise that my order was being processed and was guided to download the SHOP App to track my parcel. The app showed my parcel as being shipped. Delivery times were supposed to be 1-3 days. However on the 4 working day I still hadn’t received my parcel. I contacted them via the website and they responded quickly to say there was an item out of stock. My item won’t be delivered now until at least next week. Obviously my son was a bit upset because he can’t set up his computer on his desk especially as the item was showing as in stock when we placed the order. But these things happen!! Hopefully things will all run smoothly when the stock returns.”
