“Item first class but courier service could be better. They tried to deliver but missed them. No email or text or card to say they had been. So I thought it was a no show. Not a mind reader need something to tell you had missed a delivery attempt.”

“Went in on spec just to browse around and spotted an nice pair of shoes. They had my size and I was allowed to purchase and pay in 30 days. Excellent service and a nice chat with the lady behind the counter.”

Good Afternoon, We appreciate that not receiving a parcel on time is frustrating, however we can see that you placed the order on March 31st, just a little over 5 working days ago. The parcel was attempted to be delivered but the driver was not provided with the pin code. We have also done our best after communicating with you over the phone to get the parcel shipped back out to you upon its return to our store, which has been arranged for delivery tomorrow after it was returned today.

“Great service, love the clothes. Annoying that DPD needed a PIN code, which delayed delivery but not sure if that was the decision of OD or DPD. Other than that, all perfect. Good price and speedy dispatch.”
