“Haven’t received this order yet ? No I’m having problems with this order as my parcels always get left in the porch and there is never a problem with this I’m really annoyed as I’m only home till 9.30 in the morning so they would have to come before them how am I going to receive this parcel if I’m not home just leave in porch l”

Hi Angela, I have tracked your parcel on the DPD portal and it looks like delivery was attempted on the 24th but missed? You should have received correspondence over email / text from DPD Regarding this and also with your pin number to receive the parcel. The tracking says delivery will be attempted again on Wed 31 January. Someone needs to be home to receive the parcel and the pin number needs to be provided to the driver for security.

“I’ve only shopped at ODS clothing online during sale periods. They always have excellent sales and I’ve regularly bought BOSS and Paul Smith clothing from them at very reasonable prices. There offers are very good and they regularly email with their latest offers. The delivery is very prompt and well packaged. I would definitely recommend shopping from them.”
