Haven’t received this order yet ? No I’m having problems with this order as my parcels always get left in the porch and there is never a problem with this I’m really annoyed as I’m only home till 9.30 in the morning so they would have to come before them how am I going to receive this parcel if I’m not home just leave in porch l

Hi Angela, I have tracked your parcel on the DPD portal and it looks like delivery was attempted on the 24th but missed? You should have received correspondence over email / text from DPD Regarding this and also with your pin number to receive the parcel. The tracking says delivery will be attempted again on Wed 31 January. Someone needs to be home to receive the parcel and the pin number needs to be provided to the driver for security.

When i spend £500 on a childrens designer coat i dont expect it to delivered squashed into plastic delivery bag. No protection, no tissue or wrap. Very disappointing.

Goods delivered promptly and in good condition. My gripe is that online OD offered free delivery but still charged £5.95. When I queried this with OD I received no feedback at all.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Sue, during the time of you order we where offering free delivery on full price orders over £50. However the two items you purchased where part of the 22% off promotion. This means the items where not full price, and therefore did not fall within the criteria for free shipping. We're glad the items arrived in good condition and quickly. However we are sorry you didn't receive a response for your query. Thanks for getting in touch, OD's.

Ordered through my phone app for collection. Changed to collection from delivery on the app. Order went through with £11.99 postage that I did not request. Unable to cancel. Very disappointed as I live less than a mile from the shop so why would I request delivery at £11.99. Very reluctant to order again.

Hi Carl, thanks for the feedback. When an order is made through the site, the customer is not able to change the delivery options themselves as a refund on postage would need to be made. We are always happy to change an order that has not been shipped if a customer reaches out to us. I have looked and cant find any records of contact for this order. We can only apologise for your experience on this occasion.

It was rejected I am a large person and have a very hard time finding my size I’m xxxl in Hugo Boss and orderd 3 hoodies that were rejected I searched everywhere till I found your store I’m in Canada btw and sent them to a mail forwarding in the us to canada but the next day my order was rejected I find it sooo hard to find my size and would love if you can help me

Hi Adam, we're sorry that on this occasion you have felt the need to give us a low star review. We appreciate the feedback however and we're glad you chose to shop with us. However on this occasion, the payment portal flagged your order as a 'High risk of fraud detected' on 5 different factors. In order to protect customers and ourselves, any order that is flagged, must be rejected.

I bought a t-shirt last week which had a small hole in. I have emailed customer services straightaway to explain with photos and I have received only a holding email and nothing back regarding a refund or replacement item.

Not very descriptive of the sizing and where the store is located from... I live in the US and from just looking at the website, there was no description saying they carry sizes in UK. I ordered a 6 in shoes and I expected a 6 in US Women, however it was a 6 in UK women which is a whopping 8 in US Women, and the return/exchange policy doesn't pay for shipping so I would be paying even MORE almost $100 more for a package to return, possibly, before the return postage deadline. It was a lose lose situation... overall experience was not very great but the Customer service lady was nice enough, even though she couldn't help me at all :/

Drove over to change the jacket I purchased website said it was open and it wasn’t.. Sunday 10 till 4 .. no free return on jacket that was meant to be £800. Not worth the hassle cost loads to send back so not getting anything else..

Delivery late and missed anniversary, far from great. Emailed ODS and they just said sorry, no offer of a gesture or part refund etc. pretty poor.
