“Great service great shop, one negative you offer 15 percent every now and then when you leave something in basket but never works ,it’s for none sale items . Thats a bit of a let down. But if that’s the only complaint keep up the good work.”

“My cousin was delighted with the shorts I ordered for him .Excellent fit and quality materials .I missed the courier when he delivered as I didn't realise he needed a pass code to leave it in our box. He was amazing came back later in the evening so we had the package for our cousin the next day . Service like this is rare and really appreciated. Many thanks .Would highly recommend.”

“Pay for next day delivery and still haven’t received parcel as kept saying tried to deliver when they hadn’t even tried to deliver it, was sat in for 2 days waiting for it for it not to arrive”

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your delivery experience. Having reviewed the tracking information, the parcel was out for delivery on 27th July, however a delivery attempt was unsuccessful and a calling card was left. A further delivery attempt was then made on 28th July, but the required PIN code was not provided, meaning the driver was unable to complete the delivery. A redelivery was then arranged for 31st July, when the parcel was successfully delivered. We appreciate that delays can be frustrating, especially when you've paid for a next working day service. However, in this case the delays occurred due to unsuccessful delivery attempts rather than a delay in dispatch. As this has already been reviewed with you directly, our position on this matter remains unchanged.

“The delivery DPD company never turned up at my house and had the cheek to send a picture from two streets away! Been too lazy to read a map and go around the one way system onto Ednall Lane. I was in Sunday and Monday no van arrived at the house with no way of contacting them nor did I recieve a phone call!!”

“Whilst not directly OD's issue , DPD delivery drivers take no notice of online instructions to leave parcels with a neighbour. Therefore I have yet to take delivery of my order and have had to arrange to be in tomorrow to receive it”

Hi, Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've experienced. The reason your parcel couldn't be left with a neighbour is because all of our DPD deliveries require a unique PIN code. This security measure is applied to every order and means the driver can only hand the parcel directly to someone at the delivery address who can provide the correct PIN. Unfortunately, DPD are unable to leave PIN-protected parcels with neighbours or in a safe place, even if delivery instructions have been added online. We completely understand this can be frustrating, especially if you're unable to be at home during the delivery window.
