Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear you had difficulty receiving your parcel. Our deliveries are made securely via DPD and are PIN-coded for customer protection — this means parcels cannot be left unattended or at collection points, as it helps prevent lost items and fraud. We completely understand that this can sometimes be inconvenient, but it ensures every order reaches the correct recipient safely. If your parcel has now been returned to us, please contact our customer service team at sales@odsdesignerclothing.com and we’ll be happy to arrange redelivery or a refund in line with our shipping policy. Thank you for your understanding and for shopping with OD's Designer Clothing.

“Fast delivery. Shame that to exchange you can only do so in shop. Had to pay £14 to send back a coat which just needed the next size up.”
