“Think its ridiculous you need to give a pin number to accept delivery. Most people are out at work all day so cant meet the delivery driver to give pin. Item been sent back to store after two attempted deliveries when i explained i wont be home but happy to throw it over fence. Never had this problem with pin numbers using any other clothings site”

“I am not at all happy...I am still waiting to receive my delivery... I want it delivered to 12 sandy lane hindley Wn2 4db, and put in my safe place in my back garden. I have changed the delivery address, it was originally 10 sandy lane. This is no longer relevant...I WANT IT DELIVERED TO 12 SANDY LANE, IN MY SAFE PLACE , IN MY BACK GARDEN. THANK YOU. Good Morning Cheryl, We are sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your delivery, however, the service that we provide via DPD is a pin code service. This means the driver cannot leave your parcel in a 'safe place', they will only leave it with you if the pin code is provided. This prevents any parcels from going missing. In addition, this is a public review, so your address and phone number is now viewable by anyone on this review site. Apologies for any inconvenience this delivery service may have caused you.

Good Afternoon, We appreciate that not receiving a parcel on time is frustrating, however we can see that you placed the order on March 31st, just a little over 5 working days ago. The parcel was attempted to be delivered but the driver was not provided with the pin code. We have also done our best after communicating with you over the phone to get the parcel shipped back out to you upon its return to our store, which has been arranged for delivery tomorrow after it was returned today.

“Still haven’t received parcel from DPD . That attempted to deliver it but because my son didn’t have the code they had emailed to me 4 minutes before that wouldn’t deliver it. It’s a £60 t shirt why suddenly are we having PIN codes and sending them so late as a message. By the Time he had got hold of me which was 2 minutes after delivery driver the driver had gone”

I can only apologise and agree that we haven't been as good as you expect but we have been suffering from a global supply issue as well as many other companies, stock we ordered in July has been delayed to the middle of September. This is now making the stock arrive later and later unfortunately. We strive to offer the best and we are not doing that and can only apologise and hope to bring this issue back under control soon.
