Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear you’ve been unhappy with the delivery process. The PIN-secured delivery service is explained on our website and is something we use to help provide a more secure delivery service for our customers. Unfortunately, with this service, parcels cannot be left in a safe place without the PIN being provided directly to the driver. Regarding the delay, we had requested delivery for Saturday as per your request, which is why the parcel has taken longer to arrive than our standard delivery timeframe.
