“Bought a jumper for £125. Site advertised “free delivery on orders over £100. At checkout added £6 for delivery. No other option available. I went ahead as it stated next day delivery. Informed the next day it would be delivered while I was at work and would not allow it to be delivered to a post office or safe space. Had to miss the delivery. Unable to wear as planned and had to take time off work next day to ensure delivery or it would be sent back. Not good service”

“I cannot speak highly enough of this company, my trainers were perfect and despite some issues with the courier delivering, the staff at ODs moved hell and high water to resolve and did exactly, they arrived in time for my holiday 🥰. I would add, the issues with delivery was not down to ODs at all but they were amazing in helping resolve my issue and dispatch my order again with a different courier, arrived the next day without issue or charge. Thank you so much”
