“Ordered a pair of ON Cloudtilt trainers that I had seen in a high street store. As that store had no price match, and didn’t accept Blue Light cards, I searched the web and found OD. Ordered same pair with 15% off, they arrived the next day. Really happy with the service and price from OD. Thanks”

“Nothing wrong with the price or items. But ill never use again unfortunately as im never usually in to receive my delivery and they use a PIN code. If they didnt use a pin code id use again.”

Hi, thank you for your review. Just to clarify, you have not been asked to pay any additional delivery charge. The £5.95 you paid was the original delivery charge for your order. Your parcel was dispatched with DPD and delivery was attempted twice, on 7th and 8th September. Following the first missed attempt, the delivery was rearranged for the following day, when unfortunately nobody was available to receive it again. The parcel was then held at the DPD depot before being returned to us. We completely appreciate that you work during the week; however, the £5.95 delivery service was provided and DPD made two attempts to deliver your parcel.
