I can only apologise and agree that we haven't been as good as you expect but we have been suffering from a global supply issue as well as many other companies, stock we ordered in July has been delayed to the middle of September. This is now making the stock arrive later and later unfortunately. We strive to offer the best and we are not doing that and can only apologise and hope to bring this issue back under control soon.

“Box arrived all damaged. Shoes looked like they had been used — marks on sole, shoe tree missing on one of the shoes, etc.”

“Ordered on line for collection and took advantage of a very generous bank holiday discount offer. Item was ready to collect the first thing the following morning. Confirmation email received immediately after purchase plus plenty of follow up emails regarding collection etc. Completed with a warm and friendly welcome at the customer desk on collection Great service”

“Ordered trainers which where in stock according to the website, paid for them, then a few hours later said the item wasn’t available and I would be refunded whic took 7 days to go in my account”
