“Service very good apart fron dpd delivery as both me and my partner are not at home during day to recieve or sign for parcel so another courier would be better for us👍”

“Good item and speedy postage. Could do without the PIN code postage for people who actually go out to work. Had to pay again to have it delivered when i was home.”

Hi, We’re sorry to see this review, however we’d like to clarify the situation. Your order has been out for delivery with DPD, and the driver has attempted delivery to your address on five separate occasions. Tracking confirms the driver was at the correct location each time (with GPS coordinates directly outside the property), but unfortunately no one was available to receive the parcel. As the delivery requires someone to be present, the driver is unable to leave the parcel unattended, which is why it has not been delivered. At this stage, the delay is due to missed delivery attempts rather than an issue with dispatch or service on our side. We are of course happy to assist in rearranging delivery for a day that is suitable. Kind regards, OD’s Sales Team

“Love my jacket. Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Only gripe I have is that the security tag was left on and it ruined a pair of nail clippers and took me an hour to remove!. The last time I bought a parajumpers coat the tag was left on so maybe its a thing with this brand 🤷‍♀️”

“Item first class but courier service could be better. They tried to deliver but missed them. No email or text or card to say they had been. So I thought it was a no show. Not a mind reader need something to tell you had missed a delivery attempt.”
