Hi Kestuti, You can return or exchange any items bought online from OD's within 14 days starting from when you received them, providing you have the packing slip invoice, the items are unworn and the items are in their original packaging. I have checked our email records and cant see any communication from you in regards to your order. All items are sent out with a packing slip which advises on returns information, with a table for filling in your reason for return. “Great items,good price in the sale. Would like more postage options as wasn't able to divert parcels to a pick up point wich would've been more convenient for me, Would be great if OD's used a standard delivery DPD rather than local next day as these cannot be diverted.”
