After paying for express delivery , ah waiting on my purchase after 5 days I still haven’t received my items. I’ve called customer service a number of times with no response and the answer machine stated they are closed during their opening hours??

This is the second time I am having problems with Nutriseed. This time round, my order was supposed to be delivered on the 18th and it has yet to arrive. No date given by Nutriseed or DPD! Not sure what’s happened to my order. Not happy at all!!

Horrible item. It's not even edible!! Trying to get a refund but that does seem easy either. Bad customer service. A total waste of my money!

1)Received the product two weeks late. 2)Day of arrival was later than requested. 3)My first purchase was the full 50 bottle detox and 3 bottles were leaking/empty!! 4)Left 4 voice messages to request a call back explaining my experience with the Nutriseed delivery, but unfortunately nobody returned my calls. I was recommended by a professional athlete friend!of mine, and unfortunately I was really disappointed with the service/company. Therefore will not be ordering again and recommending Nutriseed moving forward.

The juice cleanse gave me severe abdominal cramping, diarrhea and headaches. I sometimes do 24 hour fasts without any food and I don't get hungry yet the juice cleanse played with my glucose levels and sent me to crashing hunger. I ended up gaining weight after the cleanse as I had crazy urges to eat. Worst mistake ever!

Hi, Thank you for getting in touch. We are really sorry to hear about your experience. Our juice cleanse are all natural and freshly made and guaranteed safe to consume. However, there are some adjustment effects like Headaches, hyperglycemia, constipation, difficulty focusing and acne. These have all been noted as being temporary, and affect some people lots and others not at all. These effects should all be expected as temporary possible outcomes, however, should there any other symptoms persist as a result of the cleanse, please consult your Doctor or GP. Sadly one of the worst customer service /and just a bunch of thieves really.. / I've ever encountered... Got double charged for an order and still trying to get a refund... For the first few weeks I've got some reassuring emails as "they are looking into it" after a couple of weeks they didn't even bothered to get back to me anymore and just simply changed my order history with nutreseed account as 'refunded'even though ive never received anything to any of my bank accounts... Such a shame as the product is pretty good but with this kind a business ethic I have to advice to everybody to try a different company... Still in a process for some legal solution...

I have checked your account and I confirm that at your request for a full refund was processed and made to you on the 19th July which was the same day that you made a purchase with us. The products are over priced, simply buying things in bulk and repackaging them in "iconic" bags, doesn't justify the price, the posting was very slow, I would expect free next day delivery for over £30 spent, as per the norm, so very dissapointed despite the up beat feel of the website :o(

My delivery did not arrive on the expected delivery day, no body rang me and when I rang was told it would be 2 days late and I explained I was moving to a new address. I was told I would get delivery cost only reimbursed I asked to give the new address but the call dropped and when I called back the lines were closed. No one rang me back, the delivery arrived the next day unannounced and was delivered to my ex flat mate already defrosted and ruined. I still have no follow up or return on my money.

I have used nutriseed before and had a very successful juice detox. This time the juices arrived frozen so much so that they did not defrost in the fridge so I had to leave them out and due to how frozen they were the juice then split and even with a shake up looked like badly diluted mint sauce and just tasted grim. It was extremely disappointing given how much these cost. I couldn't finish the 3 days due to the split that had occurred. Its a shame as when I used them before they were delicious and I felt great.

Brought the 3 day juice fast. The delivery driver left it outside my house for 8 hours without notification right behind the bin which was not hygienic at all. Once opened the package the juices had leaked into the box I had to throw the whole thing away. I am disappointed with this company. I sent them a email for a refund which they have not complied with.

Really disappointed with Nutriseed. First of all, I accidentally ordered something extra and sent a message to Nutriseed to remove and refund. I received no response. I phoned a number of times and no one picked up and I had left a number of voicemails. Secondly the delivery did not arrive and when I contacted customer service they said it had been left with someone whom I did not know. I was unable to find the delivery and Nutriseed did not help in anyway. 6 days later I manage to track the person who received my delivery, to find that the item I ordered by accident was not even delivered, yet I had been charged. I haven’t bothered with trying to get a refund as Nutriseed are very slow to respond and have given up on buying from them again. Thanks for a terrible first experience.

Drinks arrived unfrozen and some tasted 'off', some items missed and no apology, but I had to chase up myself in spite of emails, poor customer care and service...DO you REALLY care...? It would appear NOT reading through other comments....! Very disappointing on so many levels.
