"My delivery did not arrive on the expected delivery day, no body rang me and when I rang was told it would be 2 days late and I explained I was moving to a new address. I was told I would get delivery cost only reimbursed I asked to give the new address but the call dropped and when I called back the lines were closed. No one rang me back, the delivery arrived the next day unannounced and was delivered to my ex flat mate already defrosted and ruined. I still have no follow up or return on my money."
